Noted author, business coach, and social entrepreneur MD Naidu, Founder & CEO of Pracharam Media, has written a heartfelt letter to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, seeking national encouragement for youth and women empowerment initiatives emerging from Andhra Pradesh.
In his two-page inspirational letter titled “A Salute from Andhra Pradesh – Empowering Youth and Women for Viksit Bharat @ 2047,” Naidu praised the Prime Minister’s transformative leadership and expressed gratitude for his continuous efforts to strengthen entrepreneurship, innovation, and Nari Shakti in India.
“Your journey has taught an entire generation that no dream is too small and no citizen is too ordinary to serve the nation,” Naidu wrote, adding that his mission through Pracharam Media is to build platforms that inspire self-reliance, leadership, and creativity among the youth and women of Andhra Pradesh.

The letter formally invited the Prime Minister’s moral blessings for the upcoming Stree Shakti Pratibha Awards 2025, a national-level initiative celebrating women achievers from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana across entrepreneurship, education, arts, social work, and innovation.
Instituted by Pracharam Media, the awards aim to align with the vision of Women-Led Development under the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, honoring women who have turned challenges into opportunities and inspired others through their achievements.
A Voice for Youth Empowerment
MD Naidu also highlighted the growing potential of young innovators in Andhra Pradesh and announced the Youth Empowerment Drive 2025, a mentorship movement to connect emerging leaders with entrepreneurs, coaches, and changemakers across India.
“The youth of Andhra Pradesh carry the courage of farmers, the creativity of artists, and the intelligence of engineers. With the right mentorship, they can lead India’s next innovation wave,” he stated.

Along with his letter, Naidu submitted a traditional shawl, a handcrafted memento, and a signed copy of his book “Mastering Entrepreneurship: A Journey of Growth and Innovation” as a token of respect to Prime Minister Modi Ji. These gestures, he said, symbolize the aspirations of Andhra’s youth and women to contribute actively to the national growth story.
